Flower Dome & Cloud Forest with Avatar

Experience with flower dome and cloud forest~

Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are really close together, so if you want to go, it’s nice to go together. Singapore normally can reach around 30 degrees during the day, so best time to go visit is in the morning or afternoon (they do have a shuttle service if you are interested).

Transportation: MRT to Bayfront and get out from exit B, then just follow the sign.

So I went to Cloud Forest first, when you first walk in, you will see sculptures and figures from the movie Avatar, and lots of different type of plants. In the Cloud Forest, they have a cloud mountain for maintaining humidity but it’s also very good for taking photos. You can also see experiences and figures from Avatar, which was kind of cool!

Flower Dome as its name, full of different flowers, which was good for photos! Both Flower Dome and Cloud Forest have a strong AC, so remember to take a jacket with you!

Water Lily Pond is also near by, it’s a free small aquarium and if you are lucky you can see wild otters and lizards! If you do have time after going to Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, you can also go to Merlion and Super Tree (I haven’t got the chance that day because of the timing).
